Encourage OLDER ATHLETES to stay in the game longer by fairing-up industry incentives & metrics. Remove barriers. Celebrate accomplishment.                            This will lead to MORE PARTICPATION.   That’s a win for individuals, public health, society and commercial interests.            We started with cycling but will add running, rowing, swimming, etc.

Humans lose 50% of physiological potential from age 35 to 80!  But we can improve fitness, bone density and muscle mass at any age. Staying active is key to HEALTH & HAPPINESS.  Research shows a powerful connection between physical activity and longevity leading to longer, healthier lives, less stress, less depression, better cognitive function, higher social engagement and reduced risk of lifestyle and chronic diseases.
